Introduction
Our app integrates with both BigPicture and BigPicture Enterprise (versions 7 and 8).
BigPicture
If you have either of the above products installed, absences are automatically created for all approved time-off requests. Unapproved requests are ignored. See Synchronization for more information.
Absences in BigPicture mark the selected periods in the resource calendar as non-working days and they reduce the calculated capacity for that resource. An example screenshot is included below.
Each absence is named with the closest match to the corresponding request type in BambooHR. In BigPicture, this will be one of the following:
- Holiday
- Leave at request
- Maternity leave
- Other reason
- Sick leave
At the time of writing, it is not possible to configure or change these absence names in BigPicture.
