Issues are not being sync'd

Possible reason: the BambooHR for Jira application user does not have sufficient application access

A dedicated BambooHR for Jira user is created by the app so that data can be sync'd correctly from BambooHR (see Synchronization). In order to do this, the user should have application access. To check whether this is the case:

  • Choose  → User management
  • Within the Users tab, search for BambooHR for Jira and select it
  • Check whether this user has application access to one of your Jira products (as per screenshot below)
