There are various open bugs that we are aware of - these are listed below by feature.

Critical bugs will be prioritized in the next software update.

Adding and editing

Critical Cannot add notes to new JSM organizations

major Deleting multiple customer fields in quick succession leaves residual data

minor Avatar does not refresh when website is modified in issue panel

Searching and viewing

major Cannot issue search customer select/multi select when option renamed

major Issue search doesn't work when multiple customers are linked

major Issue panel loads each time it is open despite no changes

minor Avatars not shown for some websites

minor Issue context number is incorrect when a customer is deleted

minor Issue panel search results includes already linked customers

minor Error message shows field key instead field display name when error on update

minor Error should be shown if the user tries to open a customer that doesn't exist

Linking issues

major Bulk editing issues can leave residual data

minor Cannot unlink a customer when they are created from the issue context

Importing and exporting

major Import should not overwrite with blank values for default fields

minor Error when importing a column with no header

minor Importer fails to notify of incorrect file format

minor Import failures are not added to the end screen

minor Importing JSM organizations appear as ‘Unknown Name’ when importing
