There are various open bugs that we are aware of - these are listed below by feature.

Critical bugs will be prioritized in the next software update.

Adding and editing

status:Critical Cannot add notes to new JSM organizations

status:major Deleting multiple customer fields in quick succession leaves residual data

status:minor Avatar does not refresh when website is modified in issue panel

Searching and viewing

status:major Cannot issue search customer select/multi select when option renamed

status:major Issue search doesn't work when multiple customers are linked

status:major Issue panel loads each time it is open despite no changes

status:minor Avatars not shown for some websites

status:minor Issue context number is incorrect when a customer is deleted

status:minor Issue panel search results includes already linked customers

status:minor Error message shows field key instead field display name when error on update

Linking issues
