Where is my data stored?

All customer data is stored in your own Atlassian Jira instance.

This includes the data that you add using the Crumbs interface and also the links to issues. Application lifecycle data, including the application authentication secret, is stored in our infrastructure. Our infrastructure is also used to process data, this includes adding, updating and deleting data that is entered using the Crumbs interface.

We do not store any personal data.
