Stars for Jira is available only for Server currently, versions 7.12.0 - 8.22.x.

This outlines supported:

End of Life

Stars is compliant with Atlassian's End of Life Policy. This means that we will support feature versions for two years after the first major iteration release of that version.

For example, we support Stars 1.0.x for 2 years after Stars 1.0 was released.
