There are various open bugs that we are aware of - these are listed below by feature.

Adding and editing

Should Deleting multiple customer fields in quick succession leaves residual data

Empty select options are allowed for custom fields

Avatar does not refresh when website is edited in issue panel

Searching and viewing

Should Issue search doesn't work when multiple customers are linked

Should Avatars not shown for some websites

Should Issue panel loads each time it is open despite no changes

Issue glance number is incorrect when a customer is deleted

Issue panel search results includes already linked customers

Error message shows field key instead field display name when error on update

Error should be shown if the user tries to open a customer that doesn't exist

Linking issues

Cannot unlink a customer when they are created from the issue panel

Importing and exporting

Should Import should not overwrite with blank values for default fields

Should Home page is not refreshed with latest data after import

Error when importing a column with no header

Importer fails to notify incorrect file format

Import failures are not added to the end screen

Import times out when importing high number of customers

Integration with Jira Service Management

Should Users without a JSM license can't see linked issues in issue panel
