You can link a Jira issue to a customer by using the Crumbs glance.

To search for a customer, enter some text in the search box. You will be presented with a list of most relevant results as you type. If there is no direct match, you'll be presented with the option to create a brand new customer.

Once you choose an option, information about the linked customer is shown within the glance along with Crumbs panel. By default, the following information is shown:

  • Name
  • Main Contact
  • City
  • Country

The customer's logo is displayed at the top of the glance panel if Crumbs has found one.

To view and edit the customer, click 

There is no limit to the number of customers you can link to an issue.

Selecting which information to display

Note

To adjust these settings, you must be a Crumbs Manager. See Permissions.

If you'd like to configure which information is shown to end users, you can configure the settings by clicking Image Added at the top of the Crumbs panel.

Simply select the fields you'd like to display and click 'Done'.

Unlinking a customer

To unlink a customer, expand the Crumbs glance and simply click .
