Page Comparison

You can search and view organizations in Crumbs using the home page.

1. In the top-left corner, click the Jira home icon (, , ,  ).
2. Click the Crumbs icon (Image Modified).

Searching for organizations

...

• reorder and sort the list of organizations by clicking the column heading.
• view an organization by clicking its name.
• if you have permission, remove an organization by clicking  on on the right-hand side of its corresponding row.

If Crumbs can will try to find a logo for the organization via using its website , it shows this on address. If it finds one, this will display to the left of each organization. If it cannotdoesn't find one, the Crumbs logo is displayed instead. Jira  Jira Service Desk organizations are displayed using the  logo.

Viewing organizations

To view an organization, click it's hyperlinked name on the home page.

Here, you can view and edit the organization's details, including:

• Website
• Description
• Main Contact (a user with a Jira account - e.g. a Jira Software user or Jira Service Desk customer)
• Address Details

To edit a field, hover your mouse pointer over the field and click. Enter some text or select 

Just like in the home page, Crumbs tries to find a logo for the organization using its website address. Don't forget to prefix this with http:// or https://! The logo is displayed at the top left of the details page.

To navigate back to the home page, click the 'Organizations' link in the breadcrumb at the top of the page.
