How to download the workflows?

Jira Server and Data Center

Workflows are available to download here.

 Please note that you need to be a JIRA System Administrator to import this workflow.

1. Click on the cog icon  and select 'Issues'.
2. Select 'Workflows' in the left menu.
3. Click on the Import button and select 'Import Workflow'.
   
4. Select 'From My computer'.
   
5. Click 'Choose file', select the workflow you want to import, and click 'Next'.
6. Rename the workflow in the next screen if required and click 'Next'.
7. Map the new workflow statuses to your existing workflow statuses, or create new ones as required. Once you're ready, click 'Next'.
8. In the last step, review the preview of the workflow import. If everything is as expected, click 'Import'.

A message will be displayed if the workflow has been successfully imported.

Jira Cloud

You can import workflows directly from the Atlassian Marketplace on Jira Cloud.

 Please note that you need to be an administrator to import workflows.

1. Click on the cog icon  and select 'Issues'.
2. Select 'Workflows' in the left menu.
3. Click on the Import or Import from Marketplace button
4. Search for 'New Verve' and click Select

A message will be displayed if the workflow has been successfully imported.

JIRA Cloud

Importing workflows (XML or JWB) into JIRA Cloud is restricted, however there is a workaround with instructions provided by Atlassian.
