To enable your users to link Jira issues to customers in Crumbs, please remember to configure your global and project permissions. In company-managed projects, you must grant the 'Crumbs - View GlanceContext' issue permission to appropriate users, groups, or roles. For team-managed projects, you must create a role with the permission and assign it to your users. |
