Customers

Each of your customers is captured as an 'organization' can be captured and managed in Crumbs. Instead of using an external tool to manage customer information, you can use Crumbs to do this directly within Jira.

You can easily and quickly capture information about a customer by editing the organization it in Crumbs. Because Crumbs runs directly in Jira, all of your data is stored within your existing Cloud site.

With Crumbs, you can link a Jira issue to one or more organizationscustomers. Once linked, the Jira issue shows customer information directly within the issue itself. You no longer have to leave Jira to search for this data.

If you have Jira Service Desk installed, all of your organizations are automatically synchronized into Crumbs so that you can manage them centrally. To add customer information, simply edit the organization it in Crumbs!
